Phoebe Walters

Phoebe is the Founder and President of Chicago Wedding Cakes and Phoebe’s Cupcakes. Phoebe has appeared on, or been featured in, The Food Network, The Wall Street Journal, The Chicago Tribune, Forbes and CNBC. She is a graduate of Chicago culinary school Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago.

Kate McNamara

Kate is the Founder and Executive Pastry Chef of Chicago Wedding Cakes and Phoebe’s Cupcakes. Ms. McNamara has been instrumental in developing Chicago Wedding Cakes more than 200 flavors. She is a graduate of the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago.
